Root Stabilization: All residents are transitioned to a soil-free state using premium moss or specialized media. Roots are hand-secured to maintain moisture levels and prevent shifting during transit.

Foliage Protection: We utilize breathable, protective wrapping specifically designed to shield delicate leaf textures and minimize mechanical bruising during global flight cycles.

Acclimation Readiness: International transit involves a dark cycle of 5–7 days. Our preparation focuses on maintaining core resilience so the plant is ready to acclimate and resume growth immediately upon arrival in your care.

Logistics, Phytosanitary Certificates & Compliance

We have successfully managed the journey to buyers in over 30 countries. We handle the complexity of the Thai exit so you can focus on the arrival.

Phytosanitary Certification: Every international shipment is inspected by the Thai Department of Agriculture (DOA). We secure this official certificate to guarantee your plant is healthy, pest-free, and legally cleared.

Import Readiness

Buyer Requirement: Success is a partnership. We ask all buyers to verify their local import requirements (such as Import Permits) before placing an order.

Documentation Support: If your local customs office requires specific declaration labels or additional invoices, we will work with you to align all paperwork before the shipment leaves Bangkok.
