How to Order

1. Send an Inquiry
Click the button on any plant to start a direct chat with Benz on WhatsApp.

2. Current State Check
Plants grow and change every day. As soon as you message us, we will head into the nursery and send you fresh photos or a video of that specific plant as it looks right now.

3. Payment
Once you’ve confirmed your plant(s), we will send over an invoice. We accept Wise for international orders and Bank Transfer for local collectors in Thailand.

4. Preparation & Certification
We then begin our Safe Passage protocol, which includes obtaining the Phytosanitary Certificate from the Thai Department of Agriculture, to ensure your plant is legally cleared for travel.

5. Tracking
As soon as the box is shipped, we will send you the tracking details so you can follow its journey from our facility to your doorstep.

6. Arrival & Settling In
When your plant arrives, please let us know. We’d love to see it in its new home and provide any tips you need to help it settle in and thrive in your collection.
